I am totally confused after reading (ad nauseam) many of the post on firmware updating and bricking the NVR.
I am running 3.126.0000004.0 Build date 2108-12-29. I take it this is Verson 2.0.
I have read that to upgrade to version 4.0 I need to upgrade with a lower version of 4.0, prior to upgrading to the latest firmware. But other post say I can install the latest version now.
Is there any particular version I need to upgrade from 3.126.0000004.0 to version 4.0?
BTW, I am planning to disconnect all cameras and will do a factory reset prior to upgrading
