Firmware Update for: IPC-HDW5231R-ZE, IPC-HDW4831EM-ASE

As the title states I am looking for the latest firmware update for the following cameras i bought from @EMPIRETECANDY I tried reaching Andy but he is indeed a busy man.

Cameras:
IPC-HDW5231R-ZE
IPC-HDW4831EM-ASE

Current Firmware Version:
V2.800.0000008.0.R

Is there a distribution or something for camera firmware. Trying to understand the version numbers and what firmware goes to what cameras here on the forums is a bit tedious.
