Hi, did you ever find this firmware version? I would like to restore to this version after upgrading to V3.3.0.1, which does not support PTZ functions.

However FYI as an intermediate working solution I am using Vikylin firmware "PTZ-4840X-IS-Firmware.bin", which seems to be better, except I lost a little bit of wide-angle zoom

FYI my camera model is Asecam 8MP 4K 30X zoom PTZ

Hi there. I didn't find a newer for 3.2.2.4 I had. Actually, I didn't get to test the 3.3.0.1 because by mistake I screw my camera firmware. I had updated the firmware to MC800S_AF_V2 instead of V3, where V2 is only for non PTZ cameras I think, and now the camera doesn't accept to upload the V3 to update again! I'll have to disassembly from the pole and the camera to see if I get to fix in some way. So, watch out to not use different Versions and check the correct firmware name is in your camera at the VERSION information. Here is the link to the firmware (V3): or also others: - Not sure if fits for your camera model. As I said, check the exact name and version of your firmware. Good luck!

Also try to contact the seller you bought it from to provide you the firmware. Mine, didn't give a sh** to its customers!

Thx for reply. Do you still have the 3.2.2.4 file? I really would like to have it since this is the best version for me. Unfortunately I did not keep it... I can give you an upload location if needed.

I contacted the supplier (Asecam) but no response from them >:-(

I installed 3.3.0.1 but it does not provide PTZ functionality. The version I am now running is called "firmware_MC800S_V103_AF-RTMP-A-DH-H5_V3.2.4.5_YSSD_MC800S-YSSD2_V3_202308241041". It works fine but does not give me the full wide-angle zoom.

Good luck with trying to playback a V3 firmware!

Nope, once it came with the camera and I had no way to export it before updating, anyway in the link above you get the 3.2.2.2. Did you get do find your 3.2.2.4?
