Firmware issues

Hi,
I have been trying to upgrade the firmware in my IPC-HFW5431E-Z, i can not seem to upgrade or downgrade at all, i get the following message:

File unmatch, Upgrade failed! Some functions have been closed,reboot device now?

I am trying to upgrade to any Version with RTMP.

Anyone able to enlighten me please?

Current System Version 2.622.0000000.33.R, Build Date: 2018-01-24

Probably trying to flash the wrong firmware. What version are you trying?

Where did you purchase the camera ?
What is the serial number on the camera ?

I am from Melbourne Australia, I purchased it from my local supplier - i have mentioned to them but hearing back is like waiting for paint to dry.

The serial number of one of the cameras is 4E092F7PAG82580
