This also may be related to packet loss.

ouch, the windows crash and now I have mixed image from diferen ip cameras in same windows. and some windows half green

This is a known issue with reolink.. have you tried the iframe suggestion for the hikvision?

I try several setups in hikvision and reolink, i found out reducing FPS to 20, fix it, but
If I delete the camera and ADD like new works in 25 FPS without problem. ?!
Same in ip and analog.
There is a buffer or something that I can delete to fix it without delete/add ?
