Anyone knows how to released or reset my dvr serial number into my p2p cloud account.

I forgot my password the i want to create a new account for my dvr, the problem was
when um trying to enroll my dvr into my new account, a message appear device already added by another user.

iam forget my dvr p2p password.. please help me.
how to reset the dvr for p2p ivms
