extremely strange issue in milestone xprotect v17

Hi i have and extremely strange issue concerning essentials+ v17 please see attached photos.

Machine A has the exact same Operating system and updates as Machine B it also Has the Exact same version of Milestone essentials+ on each.

But even with the exact same in machine A as Machine B the same camera Wont show on Machine A.

Machine A is the one i want to use.

bottone picture = Machine B

Is the camera capable of streaming to more than one client at a time?

Yes I can have it show on milestone and ie at the same time.

Probably unrelated, but choose the RTSP option for the streaming mode setting where it currently says "RTP (UDP)"

Are the contents of the "Streams" tabs the same on both systems?

Those don't show the Streams tab.

I was just playing with the milestone configuration interface today for the first time, trying to make it work with a piece of crap camera I have in my office, and had to configure it to use the correct stream, using the Streams tab, otherwise I had a failure message a lot like yours. (turns out this camera is on its last legs and the main stream doesn't work and the sub stream only works 50% of the time)

Having the URL right in the Settings tab won't matter if you have the wrong stream selected in the Streams tab.
