Alexa can see the cameras plugged into my Hikvision NVR, but it can't stream them of course.
I was reading that I could plug my cameras into a POE switch directly and loopback the NVR and it should expose the cameras to Alexa without using Monocle. Anyone tried this? I guess I'll just move one of my cameras to the nearby POE switch and see what happens. It would be nice to show the cameras on my Firestick.
I guess I should just buy a new switch and use Blue Iris, as my IVMS 4500 gets more flakey by the day.
