Exported video playing at 1fps from Reolink Duo 2 cameras?

So I can export all of my camera feeds just fine, but for whatever reason my two Reolink Duo 2 cameras export at 1fps. When I play the video back in BI, it's perfectly fine, steady 30 fps or whatever it is, exporting, no bueno.

I've tried every possible combination of settings I feel like and they all export the same, any ideas what's causing this? Will I just never be able to export from these cams? Let me know, thanks!

The only solution I've found is to re-encode the video to H264 on export. That works, but definitely sub-optimal.

I did, support said there was no issue so I gave up.
