Export Video to external device, is this possible using HIKVision iVMS 4200?

Hi All,
Just a question about export video that can be done directly using mouse and monitor connected to NVR, can the same be done remotely through iVMS 4200 on Win7?

edit: thought I had added hardware description in profile but it is not showing, NVR is DS-7616NI-SP

Extremely old thread, but someone I know said they Googled this today and this thread came up with no answers.

To export a video in IVMS, right click the video in Remote Playback mode, then click Download. Then select what videos to download and click the "Download" button. Default download folder is C:/ivms4200/video/
