Export setting, 2CD2142, not working?

Hi,
I tried to export the settings of a 2CD2142 with firmware 5.5.5

Configuration -> System -> Maintenance -> Information export -> Device parameters,
2x password, browse, type a filename then save : Error message "File not found".

Does anyone know how to export the parameters, surpassing this bug??

Make sure you use Internet Explorer; make sure you are saving to a folder where Internet Explorer has write permissions; and if in doubt, right click on Internet Explorer and "Run as administrator"

That's a very sensible thing to do - but I'd bet that both you and I are in the small minority when doing this.
