I'm not sure how to articulate this, but I need a way to expand the number of HDMI ports on my Dahua NVR to increase the number of HDMI peripherals such as monitor, mouse, and keyboard. What device do I need for this?

Monitors with HDMI - you would need HDMI powered splitters but as for mouse and keyboard, I am not aware of any mouse and keyboard that uses HDMI ports. It normally use USB ports for mouse and keyboard which you will need is a USB hub to increase the number of USB ports.
