Excessive CPU Usage in 5.2.7.11x64

have a Ryzen 7 3700x 8 Core 16 Thread Windows Pro PC with 16Gb RAM and a nVidia GTX 1060 6Gb GPU. Recently the CPU usage has gone from under 10% to 50% or more. I'm on B.I. Version 5.2.7.11x64.

I updated just now to 5.2.7.12x64 and it seems to have dropped a LOT. I think I'll stay here and wait for Stable to catch up to Beta but has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?

Maybe I spoke too soon. This is not acceptable to me as this computer is well equipped and to have the CPU cycles jump like this is effecting other things running on my machine.

If its not acceptable, revert back and wait for a stable release before updating. Easy peasy.
