Events: Request 00002ee2

Hi All

I have the following cameras (4KT, Mini PTZ, 5442ZE & SD1A203T-GN ). All 4 of them have the following error message (Events: Request 00002ee2)

I tried to troubleshoot the issue and here are the stuff that I found

IF I turn on ONVIF Login Verification via camera GUI, it will cause another error message - 8000FFFF, as soon as I turn off ONVIF Login Verification, it would stop the error message (8000FFFF)

IF I turn off/uncheck Get ONVIF trigger events in BI, it will stop the error message "Events: Request 00002ee2" but then again, I can't use camera IVS

Note, if I manually go through the timeline to the point where I get "Events: Request 00002ee2" I see that the camera stops recording.

I have BI 5.7.5.5.

You need to email support. These issues are related to that .5.0 update that added functionality to onvif events.

I had this on my 5442, I had to downgrade the firmware to V2.820.15OG001.0.R.210525 to get it to work
 
As it worked after the firmware downgrade I didn't waste any further time and effort on it so I can't offer anything else
