I have set the Device management. But what can I set with the Event management at a hikvision camera??

This depends entirely on the specific model of the (unspecified) camera.
It could be any or all of these and more :
I have a DS-2CD2135FWD-IS (20170708AAWR793974205) Darkfighter.
If I open event management I have the next tabs.
Camera event/alarm input/exeption/ zone event/ access control event
/ access control alarm inpu/ event card linkage/ cross-device linkage/pyronix control panel event.
It's abacadabra to me what to set.??

Presumably that's in an app as opposed to the camera web GUI.
The app will cover multiple camera models and multiple event types, not all of which may be relevant to your camera.
It might be more obvious to take a look at the camera event management directly, and relate the available capabilities to what you want to achieve with the camera.
