Ethernet cables

Is there any advantage to using shielded vs unshielded Ethernet cables with IP cameras? I searched the forum but couldn't find anything related. Will appreciate any assistance.

99% of the time. No.

But if you are getting interference from electrical cables being nearby your Ethernet cables then you'll need shielded.

Make sure it's UTP and you'll be fine (most probably!).
