Error when using ezviz with Hikvision ds-2cd2032f-1 bullet cam

When trying to stream my cameras using ivms-4500 on my iPhone using the ezviz option. I get an error that says not supported by this device.(102030) How can I make this work?

ezviz7.com says "this device cannot be added" device was OK recognized
via Smartphone ezviz apk says this device ist not supported
i am from Europe - Slovakia
i have a Hikvision fom China 2CD202F-IW -

I guess you need a FW version 5.3 and above for 2XX2 to register on Ezviz, I found it here in the changelog ---

that firmware bricked my cam, i have a cam from china , so not original, after upgrade cam reboot and reboot and reboot... so i go back to 5.2.5 firmware
so wha now how can i tha cam see in the ezviz
