Error: DBCompact could not obtain exclusive DB access (object:clips)

I keep seeing this message in my log file (running 5.0.6.7 x64). I've tried manually compacting, rebuild, even deleted the database folder and had it rebuild. Should I just ignore, or is this somethign I need to track down?

I use windows defender, and it excludes all the BI directories on both drives. Database is on my SSD. Plenty of available disk space.

Latest update has solved this. 5.0.6.9
