Hi friends,

I am newbie on CCTV system. I have problems I hope that you will help me.

I configured hikvision NVR and connected cameras to it and this works successful. Right after I had to port forwarding the internet modem because for remote seeing the cameras via mobile IVMS 4500 apps. I did port forwarding and saw to cameras via mobil app

Now I have to seeing the cameras from desktop PC via IVMS 4200 client tool and I do this but I met below error
Error code HCNetSDK.dll(Connecting to device failed )The device is offline or the network time out

My NVR and cameras are Hikvision models
