Err_Connection_Refused

My cheap IP camera (a board from ebay) was perfect for some years now. Suddenly I lost connection. When trying to connect to port 80 (GUI) it replies "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED". I can ping the camera and I can see the network leds flashing, but I cannot connect to any port. I think the only cjance to make it work again is to make a hardware reset, but I do not how.
Any ideas?

Is that using the RJ45 ethernet connection, or the WiFi?
If WiFi, try using a cable connection.

Unfortunately I had turned off WIFI a long time ago. Only using ethernet

Any relevant board circuitry to be shown at top where image got cut off?
Also from straight on if possible so as to not hide possible reset pads, etc. behind plugs.

I hope the images are better
I beleive that the reset pin is either pin A (on the power in header) or pin B (on the audio in out header)
I am not sure though about the proccedure
I tried to short circuit pin B with ground on board startup for 5 to 30 secs. Nothing was reset

Not really much better...sorry!
Out of focus and under-lighted, IMO.
Higher-res would help, too.

The best I can do with a Macro lens. I hope it is ok now
