Enable/Disable Email Alerts via Script

I have one camera that every so often goes alert crazy due to the weather. I currently just turn off email alerts by rdping into the server, via my phone. I then turn it back on later. I am looking for a simpler solution, such as rdp then run a script from the desktop, which would be less steps. Is there a way to do this via scripting powershell or batch etc...

Using the BI mobile app, you can turn motion dection off easily, for individual cams. No need to reinvent the wheel.
