emailed video clip

how do i add more time to the emailed video clip thats included with the email images. i have played for hours in the settings and have had not much success.

Camera Properties > Alerts > Send an email message > Configure > Attach an MP4 video with duration (sec). And there is a box right there for the duration. Does that not work?

I'm not sure if it affects the emailed video, but there is the setting Camera Properties > Record > Pre-trigger video buffer.

it dosent as i did change that setting and the video did not change.
