Email Snapshot not 1080p despite selecting it in settings

So I have an email alert setup so it sends me a single photo of a wire intrustion but it doesn't have the same ratio as the main feed which I have set to 1080p..if I go to settings/video/snapshot/ it lists the image size as 1080p but when I get the photo it's much smaller then this and seems more like 480p

I'll past two pics in the thread under this showing you the difference....it's doing this on both of my Dahau cameras

Am I missing something obvious here ??

I think you'll find both images are the same physical size, but the second has been rotated 90 degrees to corridor (portrait) mode, likely to fit the method of viewing.
The first is 1136 x 640 (landscape), the second is 640 x 1136 (portrait); if you can determine why the second is rotated, you've solved the issue.
