Email Alert based on Trigger Time?

Can BI email alert only if a trigger had recorded over X number of time?

Yes, under the Alerts tab is a timers function and gives you several ways to send an alert:

• Allow a disarm time X seconds
• Wait until triggered at least X times with Y seconds
• Minimum time between alerts
• Min/Max time since last trigger
