Has anyone purchased from this ebay store? Prices are good but if you read some on the descriptions on OEM cameras they say the cameras firmware can not be upgrade. Good/bad?

No I have not but cctv-bar is in China and I'd take their advice: it's likely not an International region cam and if you attempt to upgrade the f/w it'll either brick or at best you'll have to be able to read Chinese to configure it.

I agree, I'd avoid cctv-bar.
As a whole, you really have to be careful buying cams on Ebay.

Thanks for all you help. After more research I’m finding that out about eBay. No fun trying to buy a computer there either. Couldn’t even find reasonable cat6 cable until I came across one of your posts. Monoprice but only in blue go figure. I like blue got a 500 foot roll.
