Hello everyone.
We have 6 pcs of Hikvision DVR DS 7308HI S installed.
3 of them lately have a same problem.
DVRs keeps rebooting every 2-3 minutes. This is what we try so far.
1. Dissconect HDD - problem persist
2. Reset to factory settings with and without bios battery
3. Replacing all capacitor on MB
4. Replacing HDD with new one.
5. Upgrade - downgrade firmware (it is fact there is no compatible firmware available on division.com)
There is not enough time to format HDD, so we try to format HDD on working device and install it in broken ones.
There is no solid documentation on division.com.
If you have any idea regarding this, please help.
It is strange that equipment failing with same issue in rather short period.
Other strange thing is that device will not reboot during upgrade/downgrade even it took more time than usually amount of reboot time for device.
At the moment I can only advise future buyers to avoid purchasing Hikvision equipment.
