Dual Stream Recording

For some reason I can't get my one camera to switch to HD to record an alert from deepstack they are just low quality. My other cameras work fine so not sure what is going on. The first one is the one not working and the other two work fine. I just upgraded to 5.5.1.8 and didn't make a difference.

First try a reboot as that fixes a lot of things when an update has been made.

If that doesn;t work then either try changing to Cont + Triggered Or delete the camera and re-add.

Many of us have noticed issues when going thru recent updates ever since DeepStack was introduced, and sometimes it take a delete and re-add the camera to get it working.

Where can you set if it uses the main stream or sub stream for deepstack analysis?

In the trigger tab of the camera, click on the Artificial Intelligence button and select "use main stream" on the right side of that menu.
