DS7608NI-I with DS-2CD2132-i dropouts

Hi all,

Have the mentioned equipment . 2132 is a cn model with brick fix applied and patched up to 5.4.5 build 170123.

Issue i am having is the camera drops out when connected directly using the nvr poe ports. When connecting via a separate poe switch across the network the cam does not drop any network packets or connection to the nvr.

Issue is not network or cabling related. Any ideas?

Drops out - in what way? No link? Network abnormal? No access via Virtual Host? etc

Will have to check the hdmi interface for poe status. Link lights do not go out just no activity. No access via virtual hosts, camera goes offline. Will reconnect direct to nvr to get you the exact message.
 
I have had offline network abnormal and parameter error. When connecting a laptop to the same network the camera pings for about 30secs then drops. After that this is the behaviour seen
