DS-KV8213-WME1 Ring Detection Problem

I just purchased a DS-KV8213-WME1 doorbell (Firm V2.1.5 build 200107, Enc V4.0 build 181206, Web V4.28.1 build 191011, Plugin V3.0.7.18). and an Indoor Station DS-KH6320-WTE1/EU (V2.1.2 build 200528).
I have setup them in the same network (192.168.1.x) and they communicate without problem, I can listen and talk between each other, I can also open the door by the "key" button. But the indoor station does not detect the Ring. I have set the Floor number to 1 and Room number to 1 in both items, I have no SIP assignment, but I do not detect the ring. When I press the doorbell, its speaker says "Calling Failed". If I check the "Call Management Center", then I hear a ring back tone, and I can have a communication through iVMS-4200.
I also installed in my Android mobile (version 10) both the Hik-Connect and iVMS-4500. I can see and talk with Doorbell, but I do not detect any ring (even with "Call Management Center" checked) and there is not any option to open the door.
What could be wrong?

Found the problem(s)!
1st when setting Indoor device the "Intercom Protocol " must be Private and not SIP.
2nd there is an option shown only in the device screen and not in iVMS-4200 setup, the "Do not Disturb". If it is set, ringing the doorbell gives a busy tone.
