ds-kd8003-ime1 no device managemet option

Hi,

I am trying to add an indoor monitor(ds kh 8301wt) to my ds-kd8003-ime1 running the latest firmware but the device management option is missing in ivms4200(latest version or an version released after the intercom latest firmware version).
Any suggestions are welcomed.

Have you tried Hikvision's Batch Configuration Tool?

Yes I have tried it.The same problem on both of them.

By changing different firmware files I have managed to brick the ds kh 8301wt indoor.Does anyone have some ideas about how to make it work?

if your indoor is bricked, you can always recover it wht the Serial adapter and upload the bin file
Its strange that you dont see the device management (allthough its normally not needed), when you follow the wizard on indoor, it will auto add itself into device management

Have you tried restoring the 8003 to factory defaults?
i'm running also 8003 with 2.2.62 and ivms 3.9.1.4

Allthough, i had issues before with ivms , same version, was also missing menus, eventually i took another PC, fresh install , and it worked

Get the latest version of ivms.. as above 3.9 , then you will see device management
