Yup, me again with another newbie question/issue.
Does anyone in the US have this NVR? And if so, does it have the face capture and face recognition feature?
I have been looking at specs for this NVR for weeks now and just pulled up one that looked a little different than the one I was viewing. Same part number and everything but does not have the facial recognition on the specs like the other did. Then noticed at the bottom it was from US.Hikvision
sure enough I was looking at the spec sheet that was just Hikvision.
I would have thought if some features were going to be different they would have given it a different part number. Of course I was interested in this feature for at least one of the cameras I was going to use. So before I send everything back, can someone who has this in the US confirm if the facial recognition feature is available on their NVR?
Looks like it probably ISNT but want to double check first. Not sure if I can return the NVR if it is opened up and hooked up and all of that or I would just look myself.
