DS-2CD63C5G0-IVS no Mic/no PTZ

Hi
i have buy a DS-2CD63C5G0-IVS.
After take the intial config, it seem's all work fine. i can see the live stream.
So i want to configure the others like Mic/PTZ 4-mode
But i can't activate the int. Mic (error) and also the PTZ Function doesn't work. I can only have one Live Stream picture.

What's going on here? Are this limits in the Firmware?
My installed FW: FW 5.7.190 build 211210

You need to change Hardware mode, split 4 way, not software mode. Then it will really 4 channel split. Then add to NVR and add all 4 channels. Each channel should have PTZ control

Newer generation. But on yours should work as well as i recall it

i try with the Edge and Chrome Browser.
Only with the iVMS Software it works.

Yes, you have G0 serie which is old, new version support all browsers, older versions require plugin for certain functions to work

i have try to downgrade to a older Firmware without success.
is it possible to downgrade?

Downgrades don't usually work if u reached certain structures in new firmware. Degrading process can brick camera.

The Cam still works.
But you give me a link for downgrading the cam....and then tell me it can brick the cam...

Did you even bother to check what firmware link i have sent you and what you have right now? If you did you wouldn't write this comment. My previous post was answering your question for downgrading and totally not related to firmware above that i've sent.

I have the same issue with the PTZ and live view not working, I havent had any luck getting that firmware flashed desipite it showing as supported in the release notes. I get a "type of upgrade file mismatches" error. The latest the website says it supports is Firmware_V5.7.190_211210. I also tried using the batch updater tool with no luck. Any ideas?
