DS-2CD3T45-I8 reboot with Line Crossing detection and highest resolution (4MP)

Hello @all,

my new cam arrives yesterday.

I have one big problem. Line crossing detection doesn´t work with the highest resolution. If there is an object detected the camera reboots, no mail, no record. I have more than 5 Hikvisions so i think I know what I do.

Did anyone have the same problem?

I've tested and tested it again.

Everything works fine, record, ftp Upload.... but when I enable the email option and a crossing is detected the camera reboots. Only on full 4MP resolution. :sad2:
