I currently have 13 Hikvision cameras in my installation. My most recent 2 are DS-2CD3345-I which I got on AliEx for a great price. I'm having a problem with one of them, though. It keeps dropping offline.
I'd like to restore/upgrade the firmware but can't find a firmware file on the Hikvision site that specifically mentions the 2CD3345 or even any wildcarded firmwares that look appropriate for this camera. The current firmware on it is V5.4.24 build 170303. I'm not sure if there's a newer version.
Any ideas?
