hello everyone, i'm new and this is an awesome site with lots of experts and vast amount of very useful information. I've recently upgraded to a Hikvision DS-2CD2432F-IW from an old swann ip camera, and has been using ip cam viewer pro for years but find the motion flow is lacking, not full motion, kind of jumpy. I've tried and played around with different settings such as resolutions and bitrate and others but it did not help. on my laptop, everything works good and fine but just my iphone 6 viewer is giving this problem. my internet speed is fiber gigabit speed with 900+ mbps up and down. appreciate any help or input to resolve this issue.
