DS-2CD2T47G2-L : Unable to access RSTP stream via VLC

I have 2 hikvision camera's, where as for 1 of the 2 I am unable to access the RSTP stream via VLC and I am clueless here :-(

New Camera: DS-2CD2T47G2-L
Firmware: V5.7.13 build 230706

I have tried the following:
rtsp:/user:password@192.168.xxx.xx/Streaming/Channels/101 not working
rtsp:/user:password@192.168.xxx.xx:554/Streaming/Channels/101 not working
rtsp:/user:password@192.168.xxx.xx/Streaming/Channels/102 not working
rtsp:/user:password@192.168.xxx.xx:554/Streaming/Channels/102 not working

Camera : DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3
rtsp:/user:password@192.168.xxx.xx/Streaming/Channels/101
This is working fine

First, to eliminate version issues of VLC, log into camera's webGUI and insure the video codec is set for plain-vanilla H.264, not H.265 or any variant of H.264.

Assuming you can successfully ping the problem camera from the PC running VLC, have you logged into that cam's webGUI to insure that RTSP authentication is set the same as the working cams (I think "digest/basic") and that the RTSP port is still at the default of 554?

If so and it is at 554, have you performed a hard reset of the camera? The IP should default to 192.168.1.64, IIRC.
