ds-2cd2t42wd-i5 mounting options.

I'm looking to upgrade my 2232 cams to the new ds-2cd2t42wd-i5 as I have found a UK model for £105 a pop.

I would like to keep the bracket from the 2232 so would like to know if they have the 2 holes on the underside like the 2232's have.
