Hi,

I have few of the cameras as below and was wondering whether there is any other useful features on the newer firmware?

If yes can anyone explain what is the latest firmware and how i go about changing language stuff? Is it similar to how we do it on the NVR?

Simple answer: No real benefit and you can't

More complex answer: You half-can if you 1) don't mind having them in Chinese and 2) don't mind having a head-ache getting your cameras working with your NVR again

Your system isn't broken, so my advice is... don't go and break it.
