I bought this camera from Amazon but am reliant on the OEM reseller to give me firmware updates. Where can I get these updates for myself?

Only from the supplier for OEM. But I would ask... why? Why do you need to update the firmware yourself?

Because I update all my devices firmware by going to the website and getting it. Nothing new.

I meant why do you update all your firmwares? Is there something majorly wrong with your camera? Or do you want there to be something majorly wrong?
