I have 3 of these. All of them behave the same way: when I start the two-way audio, they start to make very loud squeaky noises an won't stop. Any idea why and how to stop it?

yes, you are using the phone right next to the camera causing feedback.
 
try turning down the input volume in the cam's Configuration > Advanced Configuration > Video / Audio > Audio tab.
you might also try the 'environmental noise filter' ON if it's OFF (or vice-versa).
then again, could be you just have a bad mic...

It doesnt have to be a phone, whatever, device you are using to speak to the camera is feedbacking because you are near the camera. Or you have the wrong codec set. What app are you using?
