Latest BI version didn't like my Hik DS-2CD2385FWD-I set with H.265. No Video... Setting the Hik back to H.264 for now works.

disable HA for that camera...version 9.X support h.265 HA for cpu's that support it (though its not working causing video loss) and your cpu does not support it anyway...

fenderman, why do you say his CPU (i7-3770k) doesn't support HA? Intel's site says it does support:
