DS-2CD2355 Web Admin

Just purchased to replace a failed camera. No NVR, trying to set up via Web Admin. The preview window in Configuration Image or Event says no plug in or download plug in. I've done this for both Mac and Windows 10 but still the same, no preview. Tried all browsers - any suggestions?

Use Palemoon browser

Internet Explorer (rather than Edge) is the only one I found that worked with the plugin unfortunately.
