DS-2CD2347G2-LU firmware update

Hi All

I just added another camera to my NVR, any ideas which platform this falls under for firmware update ?
DS-2CD2347G2-LU
Current firmware: V5.5.134 build 200430

My previous cameras are DS-2CD2347G1-LU and I know they fall under G1 platform but new camera is G2 and I don't see a G2 selection on Hikvision firmware portal

In the camera web GUI, check System | System Settings | Basic Information tab | Firmware version property line for the series type.

Thanks Alastair, it platform G3. I assume it already has the latest firmware installed

It's a bit odd, and confusing, when the model series in the part number is not the same as the series of the firmware.

I assume it already has the latest firmware installed

There are a few newer versions shown in your screenshot above.

ok I have manged to update to firmware V5.5.801 build 211105.

Another question / issue.......
this new camera I added I have set up to send me intrusion detection alert and line crossing alert, none of them work or I am not getting any alert notification to my hik connect app. My previous cameras are sending me alerts fine.

Both alerts are enabled lines drawn and Normal Linkage method is ticked to "Notify Surveillance Center" and Trigger Recording A1 is ticked.
