Hi,

I have a 4MP DS-2CD2142FWD for a while now. No problems. I recently upgraded to 5.4.0 firmware for the Gmail TLS fix.
Now my liveview does not work in any browser on any pc. Also the area for line crossing and such remain black. I tried deinstalling the web components but no luck.
Any one else with this problem?
