please help ...
I bought on ebay 2 camera looks like with Chinese hacked firmware.
DS-2CD2032-I20150208CCCH
I tried a flashit from Hikvision europe with V5.2.3 and is constantly restart
After that I used the TFTP tool and installed V5.2.5 version I found on the forum.
Unfortunately, this version is in Chinese.
I tried to open an English version but success is incomplete.
The program language mismatch occurs and no longer accept that camera.
Please can someone send me V5.2.0 or higher that I can install on my camera?
Any help is appreciated

I also bought on ebay two cameras with code 2 (Chinese) but fully functional in English, even with Hikvision's NVR. A DS-2CD2032-I with firmware 5.2.5 and a DS-2-CD2132 with firmware 5.2.0. I (foolishly) wanted to install the 5.2.3 firmware downloaded from Hikvision-Europe and now: the 2032 is no longer viewed by the NVR (language mismatch) and the 2132 is seen only with firmware 5.1.0 or lower.
Can anyone help me?

As long as the label on the cameras doesn't state that the original firmware is newer (higher) than 5.2.3, you could have a good look through this thread:
But tread carefully, and note the typos on the very first post, corrected further down.

very thanks for the link, but I'm not a programmer and I'm afraid of causing trouble to my cameras. In that thread too often speak of brick...:sad:
I was looking for a simpler solution for me that I am not expert in telnet, linux, etc., and am looking for a solution for both my camera.
