DS-2CD1343G2-LIU Missing Advanced Network settings

In the past, I have used multiple Hikvision IP cameras.
I got this one yesterday and I am not able to locate Advanced Network (and other) Settings such as NAS setup.
I am using the web ui, installed the plugin and also tried different browsers in both Windows and MacOS
For example, Storage shows only Schedule Settings

Which should work OK with MS Edge, though this depends on the version of firmware.

For web GUI missing features, it's usually the case that native Internet Explorer, or even IE Mode in Edge, works best.
What browsers did you test?

I'm pretty sure that only integrates with native Internet Explorer.

It seems that the camera does not support saving to network storage, so probably there are no missing features in the ui:
Linkage: Upload to FTP/memory card (-F), send email, notify surveillance center, trigger recording (-F), trigger capture
I do not even own the (-F) model, so no memory card either.
I wasn't aware that Hikvision produces cameras that do not support SMB/NFS, this is crazy for a quite expensive network camera

Regarding the Webcomponents plugin, it seems to work with Edge, I managed to use some featres as Live View that require the plugin.
