Downloading update... no progress...

I just logged in to my BI machine and opened the app (usually runs as a service). Usually I do an update and close the app.

Now when I open it, it says downloading update on the bottom but doesn't progress. I don't know how to kill the download.

Turned off Windows as a service. Rebooted. Update worked fine. Turned service back on..
