Could someone help me to rollback the firmware from 5.5.x (5.5.0 or 5.5.2 or 5.5.3) to 5.4.6?
The DS-2CD2785FWD-ISZ camera does not send alarm push info anylonger and the local alarm input creates 20 (!) emails in case of any alarm input event. The HIKVISION-tool "Batch Config Tool" only allowed to upgrade from 5.4.6 to 5.5.0 or to 5.5.2 or to 5.5.3, and allowed to rollback to 5.5.0, but does not rollback to 5.4.6 (where the aforesaid bugs aren´t present).
A friend of mine has the DS-2CD2185FWD-IS (also G1-series) and observed the same problem with the 5.5.x
