Done with Dahua NVR's and looking for opinions on alternatives

We have a few different customers with Dahua camera's and Dahua NVR's. We deal with too many bugs with the newer Dahua NVR's. From having to run specific browsers to see all the functionality to having to turn off user account control for SmartPSS to run. It is getting old.

We were looking at Blue Iris some but I am not sure that it can do what we need. Here is what I am thinking right now and would appreciate any insight.

It cant run on a workstation. Either needs to be an appliance or virtual machine using VMWare.
Needs to work with Dahua camera's. Some fish-eye do exist so de-warping is important.
Needs to be intuitive for users to view and retrieve clips from the system for incidents.
Need to be able to have a video wall display on at least one TV.
Needs to have better support than Dahua.
This is for small business customers so it needs to be priced accordingly.

Have you tried DSS ?
Because from what you describe that is better suited to the environment you wish to use the software in than smartPSS which to be fair most people have used because it's been free and good enough.

Yes but it needs admin rights to run it. In an enterprise environment users do not get admin rights for applications on the workstations.
