I have 4 hik 2032 bullet cams mounted outside. spider webs are a major pain on the bullets in warm weather.

It seems as if the dome 2132 would be less susceptible to spider webs due to the lack of a flat surface & nooks/crannies.

I couldn't find any threads on this. is there any difference regarding a spider's ability to build a web in from of the lens on a dome?

thanks. I've got one particularly hard to reach eave cam. It seems like i'm having to wipe the webs from it a few times per week.

I may try one of the 2332 turrets.

You might also consider disabling the ir, and use an external ir source....

after a few weeks of warmer weather, it does seem as if the 2332s turrets are less succeptible to spider webs. I did not buy the domes. I have 2 outdoor 2032s and 1 trendnet P/T (all have the IR ring) and I see glimpses of spider activity. My 2332s (2 of them) show no signs as of yet. great cameras.
